2. Description of Service

Activa is a booking and business management platform that enables service-based businesses to manage appointments, customers, employees, and payments. Customers can discover businesses, book services, and manage their appointments through the platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Bookings and Appointments

Bookings made through Activa are agreements between customers and businesses. Activa facilitates these bookings but is not a party to the service agreement. Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses and displayed during the booking process. Customers are responsible for reviewing cancellation policies before confirming a booking.

5. Payments

Payment terms and methods are determined by individual businesses using the platform. Activa may facilitate payment processing but does not set prices for services. All payment disputes should be resolved directly between the customer and the business.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Activa platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Activa and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Activa provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the quality of services provided by businesses on the platform. Activa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from services provided by businesses on the platform.

8. Account Termination

Activa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct that Activa determines is harmful to other users, businesses, or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

Activa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
